Our Fee Policy

Every project is different and we will provide a tailored fee proposal depending on the particular nature of the project and the services required by the client.

The standard method we use in calculating our fee proposals will include three basic building blocks:

• A fixed monthly retainer to keep us engaged and focused on longer term projects whether a transaction is successfully completed or not.
• A standard reimbursement policy of out-of-pocket expenses.
• A success fee on every closed transaction.
